KV-Tili Oy client, marketing and newsletter subscribers’ register.

4. Purpose of processing personal data

The purpose of processing personal data is to maintain client relationship, perform the rights and obligations of the client and the registrar and process personal data in conformity with Personal Data Protection Act for the purposes of online services, research, for targeting registrar’s and/or its partners’ advertising and/or direct marketing campaigns based on client information via registrar’s messaging and services without disclosing any personal data to third parties.

5. Content

Register may include the following information on a client:

• Name
• e-mail
• Mobile and/or other telephone
• Organization and position
• Address of the organization
• Contact log

6. Register’s regular data sources

The register is made up of registrar’s client data system, publicly available online sources and possible other publicly available sources of information. As a rule, address sources other than above are always specified.

7. Disclosure of data

The registrar shall not disclose personal data of clients to third parties other than the Finnish authorities where required.

8. Data removal

Data may be removed based on personal request or termination of client relationship.

9. Principles of protection of register

Personal data is kept confidential. The data network and hardware of registrar and its potential IT partners containing the register are protected by a firewall and other necessary technical measures.
